ONE has over 30 anomaly defect reports pages, both live and monthly trend charts, covering information requests which our users have requested. We continue to augment these reports and develop new ones based on client feedback.
Live reports allow an instant overview of the current integrity state of an asset. These reports have proved to be invaluable for ONE clients during short and long-term work planning.~
ONE enables clients to easily filter defects, using a comprehensive range of user defined standard reports. Reports focus on the specific asset the client is using. These include monthly trend graphs showing new / closed / overdue defects, through to live reports showing defects per component, location, discipline, subtype, priority and so on.
Defect Locations – example
Each Defect contains an asset location tag for the physical area the issue is located in. This is either based on the component if it is a static unit such as a vessel or, may be user selected if pipework related for example, which may run through multiple locations. combination of Location and Access required, provides planners with insights into requirements for rope access teams and scaffolding.
Field Report – example
Some reports are set to be field wide. This enables either a single or multiple platform selection of live and trend data.
