Asset Integrity Management Functions

The implementation of ONE has significantly increased the visibility and control of anomalies, therefore reducing the overall risk profile of our assets.”

ONE is a component centric modular framework providing a range of asset integrity management functions. It’s entirely up to each client how they wish to manage their Integrity data and ONE is configured as a toolkit to support their unique workflow, processes and terminology.

The system is comprised of 4 interconnected main modules, each containing a variety of functionality:

By using a centralised repository of information, ONE standardises data input and outputs, improves data retrieval and management and allows for easy expansion and updating, with a minimum of effort. The standard baseline which ONE provides, enables significantly increased transparency and efficiency at all operational levels.

ONE is used to manage issues and tasking for any type of component, including Pipework, Pipelines, Vessels, Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Structural and Rotating Mechanicals.
