After over seven months of development, ONE version5 has been released and all clients have now been migrated to the new software.
Client database migration was seamless as we have been testing on preview environments for some weeks, to iron out any issues in conjunction with our principal users and Focal Points.
ONE version5 has been well received and feedback so far is good.
No training implications either; it works the same but looks different and the operational performance is much improved.
