Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement..

Our Firm

IQ Integrity Limited is a software development and support service firm with offices in Aberdeen and Glasgow.  We are fortunate to work for excellent clients, both individuals and organisations of all sizes, operating across many sectors.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

In line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or in our supply chain.

We are committed to ensuring there is transparency both in our own Firm and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains. We will act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and will implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our Firm or in any of our supply chains.

Key Supply Chains

As part of our commitment to ensuring that those within our Firm’s key supply chains comply with the Firm’s commitment, we intend to develop a supplier questionnaire which will ask questions of our key suppliers’ policies and approaches to assist the Firm in evaluating the modern slavery and human trafficking risks of each new supplier. This questionnaire will be sent to all existing key suppliers, and all potential new key suppliers.

Training

To maintain a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our Firm, we also intend to make training resources available to all our staff, including those involved in recruitment and procurement.
