We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be attending Wind Europe Madrid 2026, – Europe’s flagship wind energy event.

Taking place in Madrid from 21-23 April 2026, we’re looking forward to joining over 500 exhibiting companies, and more than 15,000 attendees at this event, which brings together developers, policymakers, regulators, investors, supply chain companies and more to talk all things related to the wind energy ecosystem. It’s one of the best places to understand where Europe’s energy transition is heading.

The overarching theme of the event is positioning wind as Europe’s primary power source to help support energy independence and security, and the drive towards net-zero targets and decarbonisation.

Some of the core focus points of the event will be:

Grid infrastructure and system integration
Currently one of the biggest bottlenecks in wind energy right now, with sessions explicitly addressing grid expansion and integration challenges such as:

  • Expanding and modernising electricity grids
  • Integrating large volumes of renewables
  • Cross-border connections
  • Storage solutions

Digitalisation, AI and performance optimisation
As technology continues to evolve and AI continues to extend across all industries, the event will look at AI-driven asset management, predictive maintenance and data analytics and their roles in the wind energy supply chain.

Electrification beyond power generation
This focus point explores the concept of using wind to support a fully electrified, fossil-free world, looking at uses such as in transport (EVs, charging infrastructure), heating and cooling, and industrial processes.

Wind energy asset management is a core discipline in the wind industry, turning infrastructure from technical installations into profitable, reliable, long-term investment. We’re looking forward to connecting with industry peers and demonstrating how Asset Integrity Management Software (AIMS) like ONE can enable operators to monitor performance, predict failures, optimise maintenance and maximise the financial return of wind farms through data-driven insights.
